OUR BOOKING POLICY
FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Make sure you show up at least 10 minutes early so we can get your paperwork filled out. Also, you should know that we do take full payment up front for all first appointments, minus a 10% new client discount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, all we ask is that you give us 48 hours’ notice. If you do not show for the appointment, cancel or move your appointment within the 48 hours you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can buy gift vouchers in any denomination or for any specific treatment or package. Vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase, and we will happily post them to you if you give us an address. Please note that we do tend to book up 4 – 6 weeks in advance, so make sure your lucky person books in well before the voucher expires.
PAYMENTS
As of 1st October 2019 we will not be taking cash payments in the salon.

Parking is available from Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 9pm
